Service levels
The following service levels apply to the Enterprise tier for the term of this order form.
| Measure | Commitment |
|---|---|
| Availability | 99.9% |
| P1 first response | 30 minutes |
| Nightly refresh | Complete by 07:00 customer local time on business days |
| Service credit basis | Availability and data freshness |
| Service credit | 10% of one month's fee for each month in which a breach occurs |
How service credits work
- Availability and freshness are measured separately. A brain that answered on stale data was available, but it has still missed the freshness commitment.
- Because the Enterprise tier is credited for both availability and data freshness, a breach of either commitment in a month earns the service credit for that month.
- A service credit is a one-off adjustment to a later invoice. It does not change the annual recurring charge.
Implementation and connectors
This order form covers the subscription and the additional user packs only. No implementation fee or additional connector pack is ordered under it.
Changes to this order form
Any change to the lines, the term, the billing arrangements or the service levels must be recorded in a written amendment signed by both parties. Until then, this executed order form is the reference for the contracted price and terms of the Customer's account.
