What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Demo of the brain on Tilden Marsh data, positioned as Growth tier with four connectors and 40 users. Questions covered freshness, broken connectors and security. A proposal was promised by the end of that week.
What happened: Jordan Pike and Hannah Lowe showed the brain to Angela Kowalski and Brittany Hayes. Gerald Szabo, the finance lead from discovery, was not on the call.
Customer view: Brittany probed data freshness, connector breakage and security. Angela found Slack indexing interesting and said the timeline should be fine, subject to checking with Gerald.
Commercial: Hannah described Growth tier with Salesforce, the call recorder, Xero and Slack. Jordan promised a proposal with scope, pricing and timeline, targeting an early February close.
Watch: Gerald has not yet seen pricing and Angela must check the timeline with him.

Transcript
- Jordan PikeAngela, Brittany, thanks for making the time. I'm Jordan, and this is Hannah, she'll walk you through the architecture and answer the technical bits. We're showing you the brain running on your own data. Sound good?
- Angela KowalskiYes, we're ready. Go ahead.
- Hannah LoweGreat. To be precise, what you're looking at is a schema we've built in your Snowflake account. It pulls from Salesforce, your call recorder, and Xero, and it updates overnight. You query it through our interface: chat, search, dashboards. Let me show you a concrete example. I'm searching for all interactions with a shipper from the last three months.
- Brittany HayesHow fresh is the data? Is there a lag?
- Hannah LoweThe short answer is: overnight refresh, complete by 07:00 your local time, every business day. The longer answer is it depends on the source. Call recordings might take a bit longer to transcribe, that's not us, that's your recorder. But the CRM and invoices are live by the next morning.
- Brittany HayesAnd the connectors, you said we'd have four?
- Hannah LoweRight. In your case, that's Salesforce, the call recorder, Xero, and Slack, if you wanted to log questions there for audit. That's a Growth tier benefit.
- Angela KowalskiWait, you can bring in Slack?
- Hannah LoweYes. So when your reps chat about a shipper, that thread gets indexed. You can search across calls, tickets, and conversation. It's noisy sometimes, but very powerful.
- Angela KowalskiThat's actually interesting. How many users can we have?
- Hannah LoweGrowth tier is forty. That's simultaneous users in your team. You can share views and dashboards. Let me show you the builder.
- Brittany HayesAnd what happens if a connector breaks? Say someone changes the schema in Salesforce.
- Hannah LoweWe'd catch that in the nightly refresh and alert you. Our support team would help you fix it. It's usually quick, a field mapping or a permission issue.
- Angela KowalskiOK. Walk me through a query. Say a rep is handling a complaint.
- Hannah LoweSmart. So they type the shipper's name or account number, and the brain shows them: account details from Salesforce, every call recording snippet mentioning them, recent loads and exceptions, invoice history. They can filter by date, by call type, by sentiment if the recorder flags that. In seconds, not screens.
- Brittany HayesWhat's security like? We're not strictly regulated, but we handle logistics data for manufacturers.
- Hannah LoweGood question. The brain lives in your Snowflake account, which is already secure. We add encryption in transit, role-based access control, so a rep in service doesn't see finance, and full audit logs. You own the data; we don't touch it.
- Angela KowalskiI like that. What's the next step?
- Jordan PikeGreat questions, both of you. We'd come back with a proposal: scope, pricing, timeline. That would include the implementation plan with Hamza, one of our consultants, and a detailed breakdown of costs. We'd target closing in early February. Does that timeline work?
- Angela KowalskiShould be fine. I'll check with Gerald.
- Jordan PikeThanks. I'll send that proposal over by end of this week, and we can schedule a brief call with Gerald if he wants to dive into the numbers. Sound good?
- Angela KowalskiPerfect.
- Jordan PikeCheers, everyone. Good luck with the holidays.
