What was said
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Demo to Mette Kjærgaard, Head of Customer Service. She called the cross-system search powerful and wants to take budget and timing to the CFO, Søren. Matteo Ricci is to send a proposal the next day.
What happened: Theo Gallagher showed the brain over Salesforce and Xero on the 7 Apr 2026 demo, covering dashboards, chat search, connectors and users. Matteo Ricci set out the Growth tier and its eight-week implementation.
Customer view: Mette said the cross-system search was "quite powerful actually" and described time lost matching reports between systems. She asked about freshness, layout control without a developer, user numbers and timeline.
Commercial: Mette is interested but not the budget holder. She needs to talk to Søren, the CFO, about budget and timing, and he was not on the call.
Watch: Pricing was not discussed. Her data also sits in spreadsheets for operations and warehouse inventory, which could mean more connectors later. The evidence does not show whether the proposal was sent.

Transcript
- Matteo RicciGood afternoon, Mette. Thanks for making the time. Can you hear me okay?
- Mette KjærgaardYes, perfect. Looking forward to this.
- Matteo RicciGreat. So I've got Theo with me today, he's our Solutions Engineer and he'll walk us through the brain on your data. Before we dive in, how's your week been?
- Mette KjærgaardBusy. We've had a few logistics challenges with a new customer onboarding, but nothing unusual.
- Matteo RicciRight, well hopefully what we show today might help with some of that. Theo?
- Theo GallagherCheers. So Mette, we've had a look at your systems: you're on Salesforce for your customer base and Xero for finance, is that right?
- Mette KjærgaardYes, Salesforce and Xero are the main two. We've got data scattered in spreadsheets as well, operations, warehouse inventory, but those two are the core.
- Theo GallagherOkay. The brain sits on top of both. It indexes all your customer records from Salesforce, your financial data from Xero, and any other sources you want to plug in. Then instead of your team jumping between systems, they just ask questions against a unified view.
- Mette KjærgaardAnd how fresh is that data? We can't have the numbers out of sync.
- Theo GallagherData refreshes nightly. Complete by 07:00 the next morning, so your team's always working with yesterday's close. We have very high availability on Growth tier, anything goes wrong, it's on us.
- Matteo RicciAnd any issues with the refresh or the connectors, Theo's team backs you up. It's not a black box.
- Mette KjærgaardOkay. What does it actually look like when we're using it?
- Theo GallagherRight, let me show you. So this is a typical dashboard, your top customer accounts by revenue, updated last night. Click on any one and you drill down to the full customer journey: all their orders, payment history, any contact records. Everything in one place.
- Mette KjærgaardAnd we can customize that layout ourselves? We wouldn't need a developer?
- Theo GallagherNo developer needed. Growth includes the dashboards builder. Your team can drag components around, add filters, create new views, it's visual, not code.
- Mette KjærgaardWhat about searching across systems?
- Theo GallagherThat's the chat interface. Someone could ask, 'Show me all customers with orders over fifty thousand in Q1' and the brain searches Salesforce and Xero together, brings back the results in seconds. No reconciliation.
- Mette KjærgaardThat's quite powerful actually. We spend a lot of time pulling reports from one system and matching them against the other.
- Matteo RicciThat's the value we're really after. Cutting out the manual work.
- Theo GallagherAnd with Growth, you're at eight connectors included. If you want to add warehouse data or a logistics system later, there's plenty of headroom.
- Mette KjærgaardHow many people would need to use this?
- Matteo RicciGrowth comes with forty users. That's typically your finance team, sales operations, leadership, everyone who makes decisions from data. You can add more if needed.
- Mette KjærgaardAnd the implementation, what's the timeline?
- Matteo RicciGrowth is an eight-week implementation. There's a one-off implementation fee plus the annual subscription, and we handle the connectors, data mapping, security review. We'll run training with your team before go-live as well.
- Mette KjærgaardEight weeks is reasonable. We'd be ready to start quite quickly.
- Theo GallagherGood. Day-to-day, I'm your person for the technical side. Matteo's your main contact, and once you're live, a CSM joins to do quarterly check-ins.
- Mette KjærgaardI think this is worth exploring. I'd need to talk to Søren, our CFO, about budget and timing.
- Matteo RicciOf course. I would rather you heard the numbers directly from me. Let me send you a proposal with pricing and timeline. Then the three of us can have a conversation.
- Mette KjærgaardYes, that would be good.
- Matteo RicciI'll get it over tomorrow. In the meantime, if you have any questions, reach out. Anything else for now?
- Mette KjærgaardNo, that was really helpful. Thanks for the walkthrough, Theo.
- Theo GallagherHappy to. We'll have it all documented for when you chat with Søren.
- Matteo RicciCheers, Mette. Speak soon.
- Mette KjærgaardThanks, guys. Bye.
