What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Demo on anonymised data mirroring Hvidbjerg Logistik's TMS, warehouse system and Xero. Mette Kjærgaard liked the cross-system query and dashboards, but Søren, the CFO, must sign off and will test the eight-week implementation claim.
What happened: On 27 Mar 2026 Theo Gallagher ran a demo on an environment with anonymised data, not live data. A question about uninvoiced loads returned forty-seven loads in about two seconds.
Customer view: Mette Kjærgaard said her team gets that question every day and it normally takes maybe ten minutes. She also asked about dashboards and about what happens when the TMS changes.
Commercial: The demo covered the Growth dashboards builder and an eight-week implementation. Matteo Ricci promised a full proposal with pricing; the evidence does not show any price being discussed, and Søren was not on the call.
Watch: Søren will focus on implementation risk. Matteo committed Theo to build the connectors and run training, so the eight-week claim rests on him.

Next steps
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Matteo Ricci to send the full proposal and a summary of the demo the day after the call.
- Mette to take the proposal to Søren and come back to BG-Demo.
Risks
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Søren, the CFO, was not on the call and will test implementation risk before signing.
- The demo used anonymised data, so the TMS, warehouse and Xero connectors are unproven on live data.
- The eight-week Growth implementation is the claim most likely to be challenged.
Opportunities
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- The Growth dashboards builder fits the dispatcher, service and finance views Mette asked about.
- A single query across the TMS and Xero replaces a task her team does daily.
Transcript
- Matteo RicciMorning, Mette. Great to have Theo with us today. He's our solutions engineer and he's going to walk you through the brain, show you how it works on your data.
- Mette KjærgaardGood. Looking forward to it.
- Theo GallagherMorning, Mette. I've set up a demo environment that mirrors your systems: not live data, I've anonymised customer names and loads, but the structure is the same as your TMS, your warehouse system and your Xero. So you can see how it all fits together. I'm going to walk you through three things: first, how you query the brain; second, some example questions your teams might ask; and third, how dashboards work. Does that sound alright?
- Mette KjærgaardYes, go ahead.
- Theo GallagherGood. I'm sharing my screen now. So this is the brain interface. Very simple. You see the search box here, that's where someone asks a question in plain English. Let me give you an example. Say your service team gets a call and they want to know: 'Show me all loads that arrived yesterday which haven't been invoiced yet.' That's a realistic question, right?
- Mette KjærgaardYeah, we get asked that every day. Normally it takes maybe ten minutes to answer.
- Theo GallagherExactly. So I type that question into the brain, hit enter, and, there. Forty-seven loads. It's pulled them from your TMS, matched them against delivery status, cross-referenced Xero to check which ones are unpaid. All in about two seconds. And now your team can click on any of these to see the customer contact, the delivery address, the invoice details, everything.
- Mette KjærgaardSo it's actually pulling from the accounting system.
- Theo GallagherYes. We've built a connector to Xero, so the brain knows the invoice status of every load. It's a single query but it's hitting your transport system and your accounting system and stitching the answer together.
- Mette KjærgaardThat's useful. What if they ask something that doesn't fit?
- Theo GallagherGood question. If the question is outside the data we've connected: say, something about staffing or HR, the brain will tell you it doesn't have that data. It's not going to guess. And if a question is ambiguous, we flag that in the admin dashboard and you can refine the training.
- Mette KjærgaardRight. What else can it do?
- Theo GallagherLet me show you dashboards. So your operations team, your dispatcher, say, could build a view like this. It's today's loads, their status, which ones are late, which ones haven't been invoiced, which ones are flagged for follow-up. And it updates live as the TMS updates. So the dispatcher gets real-time visibility.
- Mette KjærgaardDo they need to code?
- Theo GallagherNo. That's part of Growth, the dashboards builder. It's point-and-click. You pick your data, you choose how you want to visualise it, and you've got a dashboard.
- Mette KjærgaardAnd I can have multiple dashboards?
- Theo GallagherUnlimited. Your service team can have one view, ops can have another, finance can have a third. All looking at the same data, all live.
- Mette KjærgaardWhat about if you change a system? Like if we change something in the TMS?
- Theo GallagherThe brain refreshes every night. So if a field is added or a structure changes, we detect that and you get a notification. You might need to tweak a connector, but we handle that. It's not a black box, you can see what's being queried.
- Mette KjærgaardOkay. So what's the next step?
- Matteo RicciSo you've seen what the brain can do. Now we'd move to a proposal: detailed scope, all the connectors we're building, the implementation timeline, pricing. Once you're happy with that, we'd move to an order form and we'd get started on the work.
- Mette KjærgaardAnd Søren, our CFO, he would need to sign off on the deal.
- Matteo RicciOf course. I'll send you a full proposal so you can take it to Søren. Anything you're still unsure about?
- Mette KjærgaardSøren will want to know about implementation risk. Is eight weeks really achievable?
- Matteo RicciYes. We've done this many times. Theo will be on your implementation team, so if anything unexpected comes up, he's there to handle it.
- Theo GallagherI'll be your primary contact on our side. I'll build and test the connectors, make sure the data is flowing correctly, and I'll do a couple of training sessions with your team so everyone's confident using the brain before we hand it over.
- Mette KjærgaardThat's good to know. I'll take this back to Søren and we'll be in touch.
- Matteo RicciPerfect. I'll get the full proposal over to you tomorrow and I'll include a summary of what Theo showed you today. We'll await your feedback.
- Theo GallagherAnd feel free to reach out if you have questions while you're reviewing it. Happy to clarify anything.
- Mette KjærgaardThanks. Speak soon.
- Matteo RicciCheers, Mette. Take care.
