What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26First demo for Ed Ingham, Head of Data, on a sample of Strathcorran's operations data. He found it powerful and asked about Growth, add-ons and next steps. Matteo Ricci promised a proposal and security questionnaire by end of week.
What happened: Theo Gallagher showed the brain answering questions on sample Salesforce operations data and field call recordings, including critical maintenance events and downtime trends. Matteo walked through the Growth tier and the eight-week implementation.
Customer view: Ed said the checking is done manually today and called the demo quite powerful. He asked what happens after go-live and what extra users or connectors would cost.
Commercial: Matteo committed to a proposal with scope, timeline and pricing, plus a security questionnaire, by end of week. A commercial call with Ed and Fiona follows after a couple of weeks of review.
Watch: This is an open proposal, not a decision. The evidence does not show a budget or who signs.

Transcript
- Matteo Ricci NoneEd, good morning. Theo's with me, he's going to walk through the demo now.
- Ed Ingham NoneGood, thanks.
- Theo Gallagher NoneHi Ed. So I've loaded a sample of your Salesforce operations data and some call recordings from your field teams. What I'm going to show you is how the brain indexes all of that and lets you ask it questions in plain language. Let me start with a concrete example: show me all assets that have had a critical maintenance event in the last ninety days and the customer impact.
- Theo Gallagher NoneAnd the brain has found fourteen assets matching that. You can drill into any one: like this one here, where there was a wind-turbine outage and your team discussed the downtime impact in a call with the customer. You can listen back to that conversation, see what was promised as a resolution timeline, and cross-reference it against your ticket system to check whether you've delivered.
- Ed Ingham NoneThat's quite powerful. We currently do all that checking manually.
- Theo Gallagher NoneRight. Another example: show me which of our customer relationships have trending downtime over the last quarter compared to the quarter before.
- Theo Gallagher NoneThe brain identifies three accounts where downtime is getting worse. You can see the trend, the dates, and the detail. That's information your leadership probably wants to know early so you can intervene.
- Ed Ingham NoneOkay, so how does Growth differ from your other tiers?
- Matteo Ricci NoneGrowth is for several teams and up to forty users. You get the brain, pages for your team to build dashboards, quarterly QBRs with us, and eight connectors instead of four. You'd also get chat where anyone on your team can ask the brain directly.
- Theo Gallagher NoneThe implementation is eight weeks. Week one is kickoff where we agree on which systems to pull and who the leads are. Weeks two through six, we design your connectors: so how we pull your operational data, your CRM, your calls. Weeks seven and eight, we index everything, test it with your team, and you go live.
- Ed Ingham NoneAnd what happens after that?
- Theo Gallagher NoneThe brain refreshes nightly, so your data is fresh each morning. You get quarterly business reviews with Matteo. If there's an issue, you can submit a ticket and we'll respond within one business hour.
- Ed Ingham NoneThat sounds good. What if we wanted to add more users or connectors down the road?
- Matteo Ricci NoneThat's an add-on. Growth includes forty users and eight connectors. Beyond that, you can add additional users or connectors, and those are charged separately.
- Ed Ingham NoneOkay. So what's next?
- Matteo Ricci NoneI'll put together a proposal with the scope, timeline, and pricing. I'll also send over a security questionnaire so your IT team can review it. Then once you've had a look and got any questions, we'd set up a call with you and Fiona to walk through the commercial side.
- Ed Ingham NonePerfect. Can you send that this week?
- Matteo Ricci NoneI will. By end of week. Then you can take a couple of weeks to review and we'll get something in the diary with Fiona.
- Ed Ingham NoneGreat. Cheers, both of you.
- Theo Gallagher NoneThanks, Ed. Speak soon.
