What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Demo on Brakkevoort sample data. Ilse said she would use it every week, Bas asked about setup, dashboards and source changes, and Tom is to send a written proposal ahead of a signing date of 21 Mar 2025.
What happened: Hannah Lowe showed a shipper page built from Brakkevoort's sample, and it surfaced a repeated customs hold. Tom Ashdown then set the next step as a written proposal.
Customer view: Ilse de Graaf said it was the repeated issue she missed last quarter and would use it every week. Bas Vermeulen asked where data sits, how keys are stored and how dashboards would sit alongside his existing reports.
Commercial: Hannah pointed to the Growth dashboards builder for Bas. Tom is working to a signing date of 21 Mar 2025, and the proposal is still to be sent.
Watch: Hannah owes Bas a written note on key storage after a check with the security lead. The helpdesk field change later in the year could leave a connector loading less than it should.

Transcript
- Hannah Lowe NoneHi, everyone. I can see Pieter and Tom. Bas, Ilse, are you both in?
- Bas Vermeulen NoneHi, yes, I'm here. Can you hear me?
- Ilse de Graaf NoneHello. Sorry, I'm in a meeting room and someone has the projector, so I'm on my laptop. Is the sound okay?
- Tom Ashdown NoneSounds grand to me. It's a bit chilly on this side of the water, how's Rotterdam?
- Pieter van Dam NoneGrey. Normal. Let's start. Last time Hannah promised the architecture note. Bas, you received it?
- Bas Vermeulen NoneYes, I read it. I have a few questions, mostly about roles and how the connectors authenticate.
- Hannah Lowe NoneGood, let's use that. What does each of you most need to know today? Bas, I'll start with you.
- Bas Vermeulen NoneTwo things. Where does the data sit, and what exactly do you need from us to connect? I'm the one who will have to set it up.
- Hannah Lowe NoneTo be precise: it all sits in your Snowflake account. We ask for a dedicated role with access to a database we create inside it. For each source, the CRM, the helpdesk, the call recorder, you give us a read credential or an API key that you create and you can revoke. We never hold the data outside your account.
- Bas Vermeulen NoneAnd the keys? Where do they live?
- Hannah Lowe NoneIn your account too. I'd rather not hand-wave on the details of how they're stored, so I'll put that in writing after this call and check it with our security lead first.
- Bas Vermeulen NoneFine. That is acceptable.
- Hannah Lowe NoneIlse, what would make this useful for you day to day?
- Ilse de Graaf NoneI have a lot of shippers. Before a quarterly review I click through the CRM, the ticket list, then I search my email. It is slow and I always forget something. I would like one page.
- Hannah Lowe NoneThen let me show you exactly that. I'm sharing now. This is one of your shippers from the sample you sent us, with the names changed on your side. Ilse, say I'm about to review this account. I'd just ask it: what should I know before my review with this shipper?
- Hannah Lowe NoneSo it's come back with open exception tickets, the last call and what was said, and a note that two tickets are the same issue, a repeated customs hold. Every line links to its source.
- Ilse de Graaf NoneOh. That is the repeated one I missed last quarter. The shipper was upset and I did not know why.
- Pieter van Dam NoneThis is the point. What is the plan, Ilse? You would use it every week?
- Ilse de Graaf NoneYes. Honestly, yes. Can I ask it in Dutch?
- Hannah Lowe NoneYou can ask in Dutch and it will understand. The answer quality depends on the source text, and I wouldn't promise it's identical to English. Let's try one.
- Ilse de Graaf NoneHmm, it answered in Dutch. It is a bit stiff but I understand it completely.
- Bas Vermeulen NoneCan I ask about the dashboards? We have some in our reporting tool already. I do not want to maintain two sets.
- Hannah Lowe NoneGrowth includes a dashboards builder, so you can build views on top of the same indexed data. Whether you move existing reports across or keep both is your call. Some customers keep the old ones and build new ones only for the exception views. I'd suggest that, to start with.
- Bas Vermeulen NoneOkay. And when a source changes? We will change our helpdesk fields later this year.
- Hannah Lowe NoneThat's the case that trips people up. If a field is renamed the connector can keep running but load less than it should. So the admin page shows records indexed per source, and a flat line there is your early warning. Please tell us before you change it, and we'll adjust the mapping.
- Bas Vermeulen NoneUnderstood. I will add it to our change checklist.
- Tom Ashdown NoneSorry to jump in, I just want to flag where we're at so nobody's guessing. We've done the demo, the next step is a proposal in writing. Pieter, I'll send that as promised, with the full scope on one page.
- Pieter van Dam NoneYes. And what is the date you need from us?
- Tom Ashdown NoneWell, the date I've been working to is Friday 21 March 2025 for signing, so we've got a bit of room, but not loads. Leave that with me and I'll get the proposal over so we can talk it through.
- Pieter van Dam NoneGood. Ilse, Bas, anything else for Hannah?
- Ilse de Graaf NoneOnly one. Can my colleagues see what I asked?
- Hannah Lowe NoneBy default, no. Your questions are yours, though an admin can see usage. I'll confirm the exact wording in my note, because I'd rather be right than quick.
- Pieter van Dam NoneGood. Thank you everyone. Groet.
- Hannah Lowe NoneThanks, all. Bye for now.
