What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Follow-up onboarding call on 30 Jan 2025. Data is live and both connectors are green. Callie Brennan coached Emma Haworth on building pages and confirmed headroom on connectors and users. Contract end was given as 31 Dec 2025.
What happened: Callie confirmed both connectors were green and built a sample page with Emma. Luke Oakes said the data was live and a few people had tried search.
Customer view: Emma asked about adding an HR system as a third source. Luke asked what happens at renewal and about more users later.
Commercial: Callie said two connectors are in use out of four on Starter, so two more fit without upgrading. She gave the contract end as 31 Dec 2025 and said the CSM reaches out ninety days before.
Watch: That end date is before today's date and the evidence does not show whether it renewed.

Risks

- Early use is described as a few people trying search, so adoption is still thin.
Opportunities

- Growth becomes the route if the customer wants more than four connectors or more users.
Transcript
- Callie Brennan NoneHi Emma, Luke, good to hear from you. How's the brain getting on?
- Luke Oakes NonePretty good. Data's live, which is great. Emma's been poking around the admin panel. I've had a few people try the search function.
- Callie Brennan NoneBrilliant. So today I want to make sure the connectors are all running properly, and I'll walk you through building a couple of pages together so Emma's confident doing them independently.
- Emma Haworth NoneYeah, I'd like that. Are the connectors supposed to be completely green in the admin panel?
- Callie Brennan NoneGood question. Green means synced and running. If one goes orange or red, that usually means Salesforce or job tickets changed something on their side. Are both green for you?
- Emma Haworth NoneBoth green, yeah.
- Callie Brennan NonePerfect. That means your refresh is running clean. Okay, let me show you how to build a page. Let me screen-share. So this is the Pages tab. You hit Create, give it a name, let's say Customer Contracts.
- Callie Brennan NoneRight, now you drag a widget in. Let's do one for Contracts ending in the next 30 days. That's a simple one that grabs data from Salesforce.
- Emma Haworth NoneAnd I point it at a query?
- Callie Brennan NoneThat maps cleanly. You either type a query: plain English, like 'show me contracts for this customer expiring this month', or you can pick from templates I'll send you.
- Luke Oakes NoneHow long does it take to build one of these?
- Callie Brennan NoneFirst time, maybe five or ten minutes. After that, a couple of minutes each. Once you've got a handful, you'll have the patterns down.
- Emma Haworth NoneAnd when we add a new user, can they build their own?
- Callie Brennan NoneYeah. Any user can build pages, but you set permissions so they only see what they're allowed to. Standard approach is you build a few core ones, then power users create their own for their team.
- Luke Oakes NoneWhat if someone adds a new field to Salesforce, do we need to tell you?
- Callie Brennan NoneGood practice, yeah. Give us a heads-up and we'll make sure the brain's picking it up in the next refresh. Otherwise it just works.
- Emma Haworth NoneAnd if we want to add a third system, say, our HR system, what's the process?
- Callie Brennan NoneYou've got four connectors on Starter, we're using two. You can add another two without upgrading. If you wanted more than four, we'd look at Growth. But you've got headroom.
- Luke Oakes NoneHow does the nightly refresh actually work? Is it automated, or does Emma have to kick it off?
- Callie Brennan NoneCompletely automated. Every night, seven in the morning, the brain refreshes from Salesforce, job tickets, all your sources. You don't lift a finger. If it hits a problem, we catch it and flag it to you.
- Emma Haworth NoneCan I monitor that in the admin panel?
- Callie Brennan NoneYeah. There's a Refresh Status tab. You can see when it ran, how many records loaded, any errors. Very transparent.
- Luke Oakes NoneBrilliant. What happens at renewal? Is it automatic, or do we need to do something?
- Callie Brennan NoneYour CSM will reach out with ninety days to go. For now, your contract runs to 31 December 2025, so you've got time. That's a conversation for later in the year.
- Emma Haworth NoneOkay. I think we're pretty sorted. Is there anything we should be doing on our end to look after this?
- Callie Brennan NoneKeep an eye on the admin panel, check connector status every week or so. Make sure passwords stay current for Salesforce and job tickets. And if you spot anything odd, just raise a ticket. You're covered for a business day response time.
- Luke Oakes NoneWhat about if we need more users down the line?
- Callie Brennan NoneYou've got fifteen included in Starter. If you need more, we add them as an add-on, no faffing about. But you've got good headroom for now.
- Emma Haworth NoneRight. I think that covers it. Thanks, Callie.
- Callie Brennan NoneThanks both. I'm going to send you that page-template doc and a quick-start guide. You're all set. Speak soon.
