What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Tobias Renwick demoed tenant search, overdue repairs and arrears lists on Tidecombe's Salesforce, Zendesk and Xero. Nightly refresh was accepted. Tom Ashdown will send a Growth proposal for about 20 users.
What happened: Tobias Renwick, BB-Demo's CTO, showed tenant search and natural language questions. A query for repairs open over 60 days returned six tenants, and Natasha Pryor said it would flag risk straight away.
Customer view: Ravi Riley said nightly refresh is fine, as the team is not looking for tick-by-tick updates. Yasmin Openshaw found the repair status view useful.
Commercial: Tom Ashdown proposed the Growth tier with about 20 users, three connectors and go-live in eight weeks. Natasha agreed to receive the proposal.
Watch: The evidence does not show a price quoted on this call, or who signs.

Transcript
- Tom Ashdown NoneHi everyone. Thanks for joining. We've got Tobias here: he's our CTO, he'll walk you through the brain on your Salesforce, Zendesk and Xero. Natasha, good to see you again. Ravi and Yasmin, welcome. Tobias, over to you.
- Tobias Renwick NoneThanks, Tom. Right, so what you're looking at is your data unified. I'm going to search for a tenant, let me find a real example from your Salesforce. Here's someone. Search result pulls their contact record, their open repair tickets from Zendesk, and their rent history from Xero, all here.
- Ravi Riley NoneSo if someone calls asking about their balance, you'd see that straightaway?
- Tobias Renwick NoneExactly. No ring-around, no digging. Ravi, you're on the admin side, you could answer that call. Yasmin, if you're in housing and a tenant comes to you asking about their repairs, same thing: you search their name, you see what they've reported and where it's at.
- Yasmin Openshaw NoneThat's quite useful, actually. Do you see the status of repairs too, like whether it's been assigned?
- Tobias Renwick NoneYep. This one's assigned and in progress. You can see the date it was logged, the date assigned, any notes. If you need to dig deeper you click through to Zendesk, but you've got the headline here.
- Natasha Pryor NoneCan you pull a list of things? Like all tenants with overdue repairs or arrears over a certain amount?
- Tobias Renwick NoneAbsolutely. Let me show you. You can ask a question in natural language...'show me all tenants with unresolved repairs over 60 days old', and the brain finds them.
- Tobias Renwick NoneHere you go. Six tenants with repairs open more than 60 days. You can see the repair date, today's date, the status. You can use this to chase contractors, or follow up with tenants.
- Natasha Pryor NoneThat would flag risk straight away.
- Tobias Renwick NoneTo be precise, yes. You're identifying properties where there's a service issue before they call you complaining.
- Ravi Riley NoneWhat about arrears? Can you do the same thing?
- Tobias Renwick NoneSure. 'Show me all tenants with arrears over five hundred.' Same idea. Here's the list, sorted by balance. You can see who owes, how much, how long it's been outstanding. You could use this to prioritize collection calls.
- Yasmin Openshaw NoneIs that in real time or does it lag?
- Tobias Renwick NoneIt refreshes nightly. Complete refresh, in by seven in the morning. So if someone pays rent at three in the afternoon you see the update the next morning.
- Ravi Riley NoneThat's fine for us. We're not looking for tick-by-tick updates.
- Tobias Renwick NoneGood. Because nightly is much cleaner operationally. Less moving parts, less chance of something getting stale or out of sync.
- Tom Ashdown NoneAny other questions for Tobias?
- Natasha Pryor NoneI think that's good. Just, how would my team access this? Phones or what?
- Tobias Renwick NoneWeb browser. They log in, search or ask a question, get an answer. Mobile-friendly too if they're out on a property visit and want to look something up.
- Natasha Pryor NoneNice. Tom, what's next?
- Tom Ashdown NoneI'll put together a proposal with scope and pricing. We'd be looking at our Growth tier for you: about 20 users, we'd set up the three connectors and get you live in eight weeks. Once you've had a look at that we can talk about next steps. Sound okay?
- Natasha Pryor NoneYeah, let's do it.
- Tom Ashdown NoneBrilliant. I'll get that proposal over by end of week. Cheers, everyone.
