What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Brindlecote agreed Starter order form changes with Nell Ashcombe: a first-year discount on implementation and subscription, and quarterly invoicing. Nell is to send an updated order form to sign.
What happened: Ravi Atherton asked for a first-year discount on the Starter deal. Nell offered a discount on implementation and five percent on the subscription, and said that was the most she had.
Customer view: Zoe Nuttall asked for quarterly invoicing and called the premium workable. Ravi said the revised terms worked for them, and Ed Duckworth said nothing else needed changing.
Commercial: Nell quoted a small premium of about five percent for quarterly payment. The figures spoken on the call do not agree with each other, so the executed order form, not the call, decides price and terms.
Watch: Nell said Daniel would be the CSM and would reach out on day one. The call does not show that the order form was signed.

Transcript
- Nell Ashcombe NoneHi, everyone. I've got the order form ready, but Ravi mentioned on email there might be a few changes. Let's work through them.
- Ravi Atherton NoneYeah, so the finance team looked at it. On the commercial side, you're on Starter at nineteen five a year. We'd love to talk about a discount for year one.
- Nell Ashcombe NoneI can do that. How much are you looking for?
- Ravi Atherton NoneTen percent?
- Nell Ashcombe NoneI can do up to ten percent on the implementation, so that brings it to fifty-four hundred. On subscription, I can offer five percent, which takes you to eighteen five two-five. That's the max I have.
- Zoe Nuttall NoneThat helps. I have one more thing: can we do quarterly invoicing instead of annual in advance?
- Nell Ashcombe NoneWe normally do annual, but quarterly is possible. It does mean a small premium, typically five percent on the subscription fee. So quarterly you'd be looking at just under twenty k a year, paid in four instalments of fifty-one twenty-five.
- Zoe Nuttall NoneThat's workable. Okay.
- Ed Duckworth NoneSo we're at fifty-four hundred implementation, and then we'd do the subscription quarterly?
- Nell Ashcombe NoneYes. That's the proposal: six thousand implementation, five percent discount, brings it to fifty-four hundred. Then subscription is nineteen five annual, five percent discount, bringing it to approximately eighteen five two-five, paid quarterly. I'll update the order form with the new numbers and send it across. Does that work?
- Ravi Atherton NoneThat works for us.
- Nell Ashcombe NoneBrilliant. Give me an hour and I'll send the updated order form. Any other changes?
- Ed Duckworth NoneNo, that covers it.
- Nell Ashcombe NoneGreat. I'll send an updated order form, you sign it, and we'll kick off the next day. I'll assign Daniel as your CSM. He'll reach out to you on day one.
- Zoe Nuttall NonePerfect.
- Nell Ashcombe NoneCheers, all.
