Aisling asked how to save and share a dashboard built by a consultant. Bethan explained the save process and confirmed it would appear in the shared dashboard library for all 15 users on the account.

Problem: Aisling's colleague built a dashboard but did not know how to save it or share it with the team. Handling: Bethan provided step-by-step guidance on using the save button, confirmed the dashboard would appear in the shared library, and explained that all account users could access and customise it. The fix worked immediately. Watch: The consultant successfully saved the dashboard and team adoption followed, indicating healthy engagement with the dashboards builder feature.

Hi, one of the consultants built a really useful dashboard showing placements by sector and the team's activity, and she's asked me how to save it so the rest of the team can see it. I don't think she's saved it yet. Is that something that saves automatically, or does she need to do something specific? Cheers, Aisling

Hi Aisling. Just so I've got this right. Your consultant has built a dashboard and wants to share it with the team? Once she saves it, it shows up in the dashboard library and everyone else on your account can see it and use it. To save, she just needs to click the save button at the top of the dashboard. It'll ask her for a name and she's done. It's not automatic. Can you try that and let me know what you see? Thanks, Bethan

Great, thanks. I'll ask her to save it and get back to you. Just wanted to check it would show up for everyone. Appreciate it.

No problem, Aisling. Once she saves it, it'll be in the shared dashboards section and all 15 users on your account will be able to access it. They can also create copies if they want to customise it for their own needs. Cheers, Bethan
