Sukhvinder Dhillon asked how to set up admin roles so each scheme administrator sees only their assigned schemes. Callie provided a setup guide, and Sukhvinder confirmed successful role-based access configuration.

Problem: Sukhvinder needed to isolate scheme data access across multiple administrators. Handling: Callie explained role groups can be created in the admin panel to assign specific schemes per admin. She sent a setup guide and followed up on progress. Response took 679 minutes (11+ hours) but guidance was clear enough that Sukhvinder succeeded. Outcome: Customer confirmed all admins can now see only their own schemes. Watch: Very slow first response, but did not prevent eventual success. Sukhvinder is systems analyst, not primary champion.

Hi, I'm setting up admin roles for the different scheme administrators across our office. Is there a way to create permission levels so that each admin can see only their assigned schemes, or do they all have to have access to everything? Thanks, Sukhvinder

Hi Sukhvinder, Good question. You can create role groups in the admin panel and assign specific schemes to each one. That way each admin sees only their data. I'll send over a setup guide, it's straightforward once you've done the first one. Callie

Yes, got it sorted. Your guide was clear and I've set up the roles now. Each admin can see only their own schemes, which is perfect for our setup. Thanks, Sukhvinder
