Bethany Cole reported duplicate partnership records throwing off partner review counts. Kate Ormerod diagnosed old records pulled in during last refresh, ran a clean reindex to sync with CRM, and confirmed counts now match. Ticket was solved 2026-07-15.

Problem: Partnership table showing duplicate and stale records with significantly more records in the brain than in the source CRM, affecting review accuracy.

Handling: Kate Ormerod identified old records pulled in during the last refresh and ran a clean reindex to resync with CRM. Confirmed partnership table now synced correctly.

Watch: Data quality issue suggests possible problems with refresh logic; monitor future syncs.

I've noticed the partnership table in the brain is showing duplicates. When I check it against our CRM, there are extra records that shouldn't be there. Can you see what's happening? We've got partner reviews coming up and I need the data clean.

Actually, I've dug into this more and the brain is showing significantly more records than we have in the CRM. Some look like duplicates, some appear to be old versions. It's throwing off our counts for the reviews.

Hi Bethany, thanks for flagging this. I've looked at your partnership table and found the issue. A duplicate slipped through in the last refresh and pulled in some old records. I'm going to run a clean reindex to clear this up.

All done, your partnership table is now synced correctly with your CRM. The next nightly refresh will keep it in sync. Can you verify the count now matches what you expect?
