- Public reply · Bethan Lister 17 Apr 2026 19:28Hi Zainab, welcome! That's exactly what the brain does. What you're describing is a saved search or a dashboard, both options are in the left menu under Pages. To start, go to Chat (that's the easiest way to explore) and type something like "show me resident issues from the ticketing system and feedback data together". The brain will pull those together for you. If you want to build a dashboard instead, head to Dashboards and hit Create, but Chat is a good place to start experimenting first. Let me know how you get on! Thanks, Bethan
- Public reply · Zainab Ali 20 Apr 2026 09:33Thanks Bethan! Chat worked great and we've got the view we need. Quick follow-up, can I save this search so my team can reuse it without building it every time?
- Public reply · Bethan Lister 20 Apr 2026 13:58Brilliant! Yes you can. At the top of your results, look for "Save this search" (should be near the top right). Click it, give it a name, and it'll be saved to your Pages menu so the whole team can use it. Thanks, Bethan
