- created · Josh Pearce 13 Jul 2026 13:19Hi there, I've found an issue with the search function. When I filter orders by status and date range together, the date filter seems to be ignored and only the status filter applies. I've tried clearing my browser cache but it persists. Everything else is working well though. Thanks, Josh
- public_reply · Josh Pearce 13 Jul 2026 16:39Just to add, I've tested this with a couple of different date ranges and it's happening consistently in the dashboard view.
- public_reply · Bethan Lister 13 Jul 2026 18:51Thanks, Josh. Just so I've got this right, you're seeing the status filter apply but the date range is being ignored, yeah? Can you try that with just the date filter on its own and tell me what you see?
- public_reply · Bethan Lister 14 Jul 2026 16:46I've just reproduced this on my end with the same filters. We found the cause and deployed a fix this morning. Can you try again now and tell me what you see?
