Problem: Connector status showed connected but no syncs for two days; Josh confirmed no changes on his side. Handling: Connor diagnosed OAuth token expiration, sent Josh connector re-authorization steps (Admin > Connectors > Salesforce > Reconnect), syncs resumed. Watch: First response delayed but root cause identification took until 26 Jan 2026. Standard token refresh resolved the issue. Typical connector maintenance scenario.

- created · Josh Pearce 21 Jan 2026 17:32Hi, the Salesforce connector seems to have stopped pulling data. The last record update was yesterday and nothing's come through since then. I've checked our Salesforce credentials and they look fine. Can you help us figure out what's going on? Thanks, Josh.
- public_reply · Connor Webb 22 Jan 2026 00:43Hi Josh, thanks for reporting this. Can you check the connector status in the admin panel and let me know if it's showing any error messages? Also, when you last saw a successful sync happen? That'll help me track down what's going on. Connor.
- public_reply · Josh Pearce 22 Jan 2026 10:00The connector status shows connected but no syncs for the past two days. The last sync was at 14:30. No error messages, it's just stopped pulling. I didn't make any changes to the Salesforce setup around that time, so it's odd. What should I check next?
- public_reply · Connor Webb 26 Jan 2026 13:08Right, I've dug into this. The Salesforce OAuth token expired a few days ago at around 16:00, which matches when your syncs stopped. You'll need to re-authorise the connector - go to Admin > Connectors > Salesforce and click Reconnect. That should get the syncs running again. Let me know once you've done that and I'll keep an eye on it. Cheers, Connor.
