- created · Alan Rennie 17 Jul 2026 14:07The circuit data connector has stopped pulling fresh records. The last successful sync was yesterday evening, but nothing since then. We haven't made any changes on our end. Can you look into it?
- Public reply · Kate Ormerod 17 Jul 2026 19:26Just so I've got this right, the connector last loaded records yesterday evening and hasn't synced since. Can you check whether the credentials are still valid on your side? Thanks, Kate
- Public reply · Alan Rennie 20 Jul 2026 14:03Credentials look fine to us. The API keys were rotated recently as part of a routine security refresh, but they should all be active.
- Public reply · Kate Ormerod 22 Jul 2026 15:47Thanks for confirming. I've checked the connector logs on our end, the issue is that your API key hasn't been updated in the brain. Can you re-enter it in the connector settings? That should get the sync running again. Thanks, Kate
- Public reply · Alan Rennie 23 Jul 2026 09:56Done. I've updated the key and the connector is now pulling records normally.
