Problem: Alan could not locate the connector setup interface. Handling: Olivia explained admin access is required and directed him to Settings, then Integrations, where available connectors are shown based on the customer's tier. No follow-up shows whether the connector was successfully added or whether tier limits were encountered.

- public_reply · Olivia Grant 3 Jul 2026 17:53Hi Alan, you need admin access to add connectors. It's under Settings, then Integrations. From there you can browse available connector types and set up a new one. Note that not all connectors are available on every tier, you'll see what's enabled for you.
