I'm working on a dashboard to show our customer billing information alongside circuit status. I've added the billing data connector but I'm struggling to join it with the circuit information from our provisioning system. Could you advise on the best approach?

Just to clarify, I'm trying to link records by the customer name field that's common to both. Is that possible?

Hi Alan, thanks for the detail. You can absolutely do this through a query on the common customer field. In the query interface, select both data sources and use the join function, specifying customer name as the matching key. Then build your dashboard from the combined result. Let me know how it goes.
