As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Sunil Kapoor reported a dashboard filter for variations without invoices was not working. He self-resolved by identifying he was using the wrong field name and should filter on null invoice date instead.
Problem: Customer building a dashboard in the builder tried to filter for variations with no matching invoice, but the filter included all records. Handling: Bethan asked for details to troubleshoot, but while articulating the issue, Sunil realised he was filtering on the wrong field name; filtering on null values for the invoice date field solved it. Self-service resolution through problem-articulation. Watch: Customer is increasingly proficient with the dashboard builder; first response time was delayed but outcome was positive.

But it's including everything regardless of the filter. I've tried a few different approaches and looked at the documentation but I'm stuck. Any ideas what I might be doing wrong? Cheers, Sunil
