As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Siân requested export of full conversation history for customer complaints and regulator handling. Feature would reduce manual compilation and error risk for compliance.
Problem: Complaint handling and regulatory responses require manual assembly of calls, emails and notes, creating time and error risk. Siân noted the brain has been in use for eleven months and this feature is critical for Ofgem complaints that reach the regulator.
Handling: Olivia confirmed the value for compliance workflows, checked with product team, and offered manual selection and copy as a workaround for urgent cases. Feature added to product evaluation.
Watch: This is a workflow efficiency blocker for compliance teams. The feature gap limits the brain's value in the core complaints and regulatory response workflow where Siân is seeing material benefit.

- created · Siân Pritchard 26 Nov 2025 16:11Hi there, We've been using the brain for eleven months now and it's been invaluable for our collections and complaints work. One thing that would really help is a way to export full conversation history for a customer: all their calls, emails and notes in one document. When we handle a complaint that goes to the regulator, we have to manually pull together all the interactions. An export feature would save our compliance team considerable time and reduce the risk of missing something. Is this something that could go on the roadmap? Diolch, Siân
- Public reply · Olivia Grant 26 Nov 2025 22:11Hi Siân, Thanks for this, I can definitely see the value, especially for compliance and regulator interactions. I'm going to check with the product team about when we could deliver this. In the meantime, you can manually select and copy conversations if you need something for an urgent case, though I know that's not ideal. I'll be back to you soon. Thanks, Olivia
