What this says
Current to 14 Oct 26When Imran filtered the dashboard by date range, the chart data updated but the legend still showed the previous selection. Olivia found a timing issue between the chart refresh and legend update, scheduled for the next build.
Problem: The dashboard legend was not refreshing in sync with chart data when filters were applied. Handling: Olivia reproduced the issue and identified a timing bug where the chart refresh and legend update were happening in separate calls with a delay between them. Watch: Low-priority cosmetic bug with fast turnaround to fix; no recurring tickets of this type from the customer; normal support outcome.

- created · Imran Hussain 23 Sep 2025 09:06I've noticed that when I use the dashboard filters, the charts don't always refresh immediately. If I change the date range and click apply, the data updates after a few seconds, but sometimes the legend still shows the previous selection. I've tested this a couple of times and it's consistent.
- public_reply · Olivia Grant 23 Sep 2025 13:46Thanks for reporting this. I can see how that would be confusing. Can you tell me which filters you're using when you see this? Is it the date range, the team filter, or both?
- public_reply · Imran Hussain 24 Sep 2025 13:20I've only tested with the date range so far. Always happens when I change from the default view to a custom range.
- public_reply · Olivia Grant 26 Sep 2025 10:30Thanks for that detail. I've found the issue, the chart refresh is queuing but the legend update is happening in a separate call. There's a timing issue there. We'll get this fixed and release it with the next build, should be out within a week or so.
- public_reply · Imran Hussain 26 Sep 2025 11:10Sounds good. I'll test it when it's live. Cheers, Imran.
