- created · Priti Varma 18 Mar 2026 12:37Hi, I'm trying to filter the fleet data by client region in my dashboard, but I can't find the filter option. I've looked in the dashboard settings and it's not obvious. Do I need to go into the query builder, or is there a simpler way? I need to show my team just the Northern region. Cheers, Priti

I can walk you through that. In the dashboard builder, when you've added the fleet dataset, look for the filter icon (three horizontal lines) in the top right of that data section. Click that and select Region from the dropdown, then type or search for "Northern" to narrow the list. Can you try that and tell me what you see? Thanks, Bethan

- Public reply · Bethan Lister 23 Mar 2026 10:09Great! For your second question: once you've set up the filters the way you want them, look at the top of the page for a "Save view" button. Click that, give it a name like "Northern region fleet summary" and choose who can access it: just yourself, your team, or everyone at Carnmoor. Anyone you share it with will see the same filters each time they open it. Thanks, Bethan
