Tim Schröder questioned a charge for two additional connectors on his invoice that he had not ordered. The contract specified eight connectors but only six were active.

Problem: Tim Schröder found a line item for two additional connectors but had not requested them and could account for only six of the contracted eight. Handling: Connor Webb opened an investigation, asking for clarification of the contract count and active count. Watch: This is the first of two billing concerns from Tim within a month, suggesting a systematic misalignment that warrants urgent reconciliation.

I need to understand the invoice from last month. There's a charge for 'Additional connectors (x2)' but we never asked for those and can't account for them in our setup. We're meant to have eight connectors total but I only see six active. Can you explain this?

Hi Tim, I can look into that. Just to clarify, do you have your connector count from the order form? And how many do you actually have running now? That will help me figure out what's going on. Thanks, Connor

Contract says eight connectors. Currently we've only got six live. So where are the other two coming from on the invoice?
