As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Jade Kenwright asked how to filter placement records by date range on the search page. The customer self-resolved the issue before Bethan Lister confirmed the filter location.
Problem: Jade Kenwright wanted to filter placement records to show only those from the last three months but could not find the date filter. Handling: Jade found it themselves and indicated they would test it; Bethan confirmed the filter is in the left sidebar under Filters with a Date dropdown. The ticket was solved in 17 days.

- Public reply · Bethan Lister 9 Oct 2024 16:46No problem. Just so I've got this right, you're looking for placements by date on the search page. That's in the left sidebar under Filters. Click on Date and you should see a dropdown where you can pick the range. Can you try that and tell me what you see? Thanks, Bethan.
