Currently they spend way too much time scrolling through everything to find the recent orders they need to work with. A simple date range filter: say, last month or last quarter, would help them work much faster. It's becoming a real friction point. Cheers, Femke
- public_reply · Bethan Lister 28 Jul 2026 12:21Hi Femke, thanks for that. Just so I've got this right: you want to filter the orders display by when they were placed, so an account manager can pull up, say, just July's orders without scrolling through months of data? Is that what you mean, or do you also need to filter by delivery date? Let me know and I'll check with the product team. Bethan
- public_reply · Femke van Gestel 29 Jul 2026 14:53Exactly right. Placement date is the main one they need, that's what they ask for most. Delivery date would be nice too if it's not too much extra work, but let's focus on order date first. Thanks for pushing on this. Groetjes, Femke
