Current to 11 Oct 26Niamh Fogarty reported duplicate contact records appearing in the initial data sync from Carrowkeel's source system. Connor Webb responded that duplication during first sync is common, especially if the source system has merged records over time.
Problem: Customer observed duplicate records appearing in the initial data load and was unsure whether this was expected or indicated a data quality issue. Handling: Connor took a diagnostic approach, asking for examples to distinguish between duplicates inherent to the source system and those introduced by the sync process. The ticket was resolved over time through normal onboarding.

Can you give me an example of what you're seeing? That'll help me figure out if it's something we need to clean up or just how your data is in the original system.
