Ryan asked how to filter referral data by one of twelve NHS trust sites for contract managers to see volumes alongside turnaround times and invoices. Bethan provided step-by-step instructions using the filter panel.

Problem: Contract managers needed to see imaging referral volumes broken down by each of Kingdon's twelve NHS trust sites, alongside turnaround times and invoices. The unsegmented view was not useful for their work.

Handling: Bethan confirmed the requirement and provided clear instructions: use the filter panel on the referrals page, select Trust Site from the dropdown, check the boxes for desired sites, and save the filter for reuse. This empowers contract managers to self-serve without further support.

Watch: Follow up to confirm contract managers are actually using the filters and that the segmented view is delivering the value they need.

Hi, I'm trying to get a view of all imaging referrals by trust site. We want our contract managers to see each site's volumes alongside their reporting turnaround times and invoices in one place. I'm not sure how to set up the filters to make this work. Could someone help me with the steps? Cheers, Ryan

Just to add a bit more context: we have twelve sites and need to break down the data by location. The current view is showing everything together, which isn't helpful for the managers. Is this something the brain can do?

Hi Ryan, Just so I've got this right, you want to split the referral data by each of your twelve NHS trust locations. Yes, the brain can definitely do that. You'll use the filter panel on the referrals page: select Trust Site from the dropdown, then check the boxes for the sites you want. Once you've saved that filter, any manager can use it. Can you try that and tell me what you see? Thanks, Bethan
