Contract managers noticed November invoices missing from the brain. Connor found invoices with different account code formats weren't indexed; fixed by 23 Dec 2025.

Problem: Ryan reported invoices from November were missing from the brain though they existed in the accounting system. Contract managers needed complete invoice visibility.

Handling: Connor Webb found the root cause: invoices created with a different account code format than configured were not being indexed. He updated the connector settings and re-ran the index; missing invoices were recovered by 23 Dec 2025.

Watch: Connector now handles all account code formats.

Hi, we're noticing some invoices from November aren't showing up in the Brain. We have records in our accounting system, but when I search through the Brain, they're not there. Can you check what's happening? The contract managers need complete visibility of what's been invoiced.

Hi Ryan, thanks for reporting this. I've checked the accounting system connector and found the issue. Some invoices from November didn't get indexed because they were created with a different account code format than what the connector was configured to look for. I've updated the connector settings and re-run the index. The missing invoices should now be visible in the Brain. Can you try a search and confirm you're seeing them?

Data as of Fri 9 Oct 2026. Text marked AI was written by the brain from the records listed in its made-from link; an AI output that cannot cite its evidence is refused and the previous text kept.
