- created · Nadia Bashir 10 Jul 2026 16:05I'm getting reports from the team that queries on the brain are running slowly in the evenings, particularly between 5 and 6pm. We're on Growth with 40 users and I'm wondering if there's something we're doing wrong or if this is something you're seeing elsewhere. Would appreciate your input. Cheers, Nadia
- public_reply · Bethan Lister 10 Jul 2026 18:23Hi Nadia, thanks for getting in touch. Just so I've got this right, you're seeing slower response times on CRM queries in the evenings, typically 5-6pm. Let me pull some data on your account's usage during those times and see what's happening. Can you try running a query tomorrow evening and tell me what you see? I'll have a look at your settings too. Thanks, Bethan
