We've got a new consultant joining the team and I need to set them up with access to the brain. What's the process for adding a new user, and how long does it typically take for them to start showing up in the system?

Hi Nadia, nice one. Adding a new user is straightforward - just add them to the relevant group or role in your identity provider or CRM, and they'll sync through on the next refresh. They should have access within a day.

Thanks - I've added them to our CRM user list this morning. Should they show up in the brain today, or will we need to wait until tomorrow's refresh?

They'll show up on the next refresh, which happens overnight. So if you added them this morning they should be visible in the brain by tomorrow morning. Let me know if they don't appear and we can investigate.

Data as of Fri 9 Oct 2026. Text marked AI was written by the brain from the records listed in its made-from link; an AI output that cannot cite its evidence is refused and the previous text kept.
