As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Dashboards showed data 2-3 days old despite new records being added. Bethan Lister identified CRM authentication change breaking nightly refresh jobs.
Problem: Dan Hosken reported that dashboards had stopped refreshing and were showing data from several days prior. Handling: Bethan Lister asked about recent CRM authentication or session management changes. Customer confirmed updating session management on 30 Apr 2026, which was causing refresh jobs to timeout on authentication. Outcome: Root cause identified; customer re-authenticated the connector and monitoring confirmed refresh restored by 5 May 2026.

- created · Dan Hosken 30 Apr 2026 12:03The dashboards have stopped refreshing. Everything is showing data from a couple of days ago even though we've added new records since. Can you check the nightly refresh?
- Public reply · Bethan Lister 30 Apr 2026 14:19Hi Dan, just so I've got this right: your dashboards are a few days behind and not showing the most recent records. Can you tell me if you've made any changes to your CRM authentication or session management recently? That would help me understand what's happening. Thanks, Bethan.
- Public reply · Dan Hosken 1 May 2026 11:25Yes, we updated our session management on 30 Apr 2026. That's probably the issue. What do we need to do to fix it?
- Internal note · Bethan Lister 1 May 2026 16:30Root cause confirmed: CRM session management changed 30 Apr 2026. Refresh jobs hitting authentication timeouts. Customer to re-authenticate the connector. Monitoring tomorrow's refresh.
