- created · Dan Hosken 24 Nov 2025 14:53The brain is responding very slowly to queries right now. We're trying to run simple searches and they're taking much longer than usual, when normally it's instant. This is affecting our team's ability to work effectively. Can you check what's happening on your end?
- Public reply · Connor Webb 24 Nov 2025 15:07Hi Dan, I've got this. Let me check what's going on. Can you try a fresh search right now and let me know if it's still slow? I'll also check our system metrics on my end to see what's happening.
- Public reply · Dan Hosken 25 Nov 2025 16:12Still seeing the slowness. Tried searches several times and they're all taking far longer than usual. Nothing's changed on our end that I know of.
- Internal note · Connor Webb 26 Nov 2025 09:20Checked system logs. Nightly refresh queued and processing. High load impacting query performance across infrastructure. Made adjustments to balance load.
- Public reply · Connor Webb 26 Nov 2025 16:23Hi Dan, thanks for your patience. We've identified the cause: a spike in system load across our infrastructure was affecting query performance. We've balanced the load and made adjustments. Can you try a search now and let me know if performance is back to normal?
