We've found a handful of merchant accounts appearing twice in the brain. When we reconcile our merchant risk data with what we see in the brain, the duplicates are causing issues. To be precise, which source system are they coming from, and what is the remediation plan? Best regards, Katrin

Hi Katrin, thanks for getting in touch. Just so I've got this right, you're seeing merchants with duplicate entries in the brain. Can you send me a couple of merchant IDs so I can reproduce the issue and trace the source? Thanks, Bethan

I've sent the affected merchant details separately. A couple of merchant accounts have been created as duplicate entries. What is the source, and what is the remediation plan? Best regards, Katrin

I've checked the load history and found the issue: the merchant connector loaded the same records twice on the same day, creating the duplicates. I've removed the duplicates from the brain and configured the connector to prevent this recurrence. You should be clear now. Thanks, Bethan
