What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Holly requested ability to save search queries as templates so directors avoid repeatedly typing same searches (e.g. 'show all placements for client X from last 30 days'). Product team confirmed feature in next release. Strong reception.
Problem: Holly's account directors were running the same searches repeatedly and typing them each time was inefficient. She requested saved queries as reusable templates. Handling: Bethan responded in 68 minutes and passed the request to the product team. The product team confirmed they loved the idea and planned to ship saved queries in the next release. Holly was delighted and asked a follow-up about sharing and privacy options. Watch: Strong customer engagement and product alignment. Feature addition signals product roadmap responsiveness.

- created · Holly Tranter 27 Feb 2025 09:31We've been using the brain for a few months now and it's working really well. One thing that would be helpful is the ability to save search queries as templates or shortcuts. Our account directors keep running the same searches (e.g., 'show all placements for client X from the last 30 days'), and it would save them time if they could just click a button instead of typing it out each time. Would this be possible to add?
- public_reply · Bethan Lister 27 Feb 2025 10:39Great to hear the brain is working well for you! This is a really useful feature request. Saved searches would definitely improve workflow for your team. I'm going to pass this to the product team and see if we can get it in the next release cycle.
- public_reply · Bethan Lister 28 Feb 2025 10:23Good news: the product team love this idea. They're planning to add saved queries in the next release, which should be out next month. Once it ships, your directors will be able to save any search as a template and reuse it with a single click.
- public_reply · Holly Tranter 28 Feb 2025 10:32Brilliant! That's exactly what we need. This will really help our team. Cheers.
- public_reply · Holly Tranter 28 Feb 2025 12:17Actually, one more thing: could you make it so the saved queries can be shared across our team, or kept private to individual users? That flexibility would be great.
