As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Deepa requests a saved-search-filters feature for repeat account queries. She runs four specific searches weekly and wants to save filter sets instead of clicking through each time. Connor suggests a dashboard workaround and notes the feature is on the product roadmap for next quarter.
Problem: Deepa runs the same four account searches most weeks (key accounts in North West, high-risk, recently acquired) and must reapply filters each time.
Handling: Connor acknowledged the friction and offered dashboards as a workaround. Deepa asked about building saved filters as a product feature. Connor confirmed the idea is on the product roadmap for next quarter.
Watch: Demand signal for search efficiency improvements. Strong enough to make the roadmap, suggesting other customers want this too.

- created · Deepa Chauhan 28 Oct 2025 11:26Hi Connor, quick question on the search. Right now when I look at an account in the brain, I can filter by region or branch, but there's no way to save a set of filters for repeat searches. We run the same three or four account queries most weeks: the key accounts in the North West, the high-risk accounts, the accounts we've recently picked up. Each time we're clicking through the same filters. Is there a way to build saved search filters, or is there a workaround? Thanks, Deepa.

We don't have a saved filters feature yet, but I can think of a couple of workarounds that might help in the meantime. One option is to use the dashboard builder to create a dashboard that shows those account slices, each dashboard is saved and you can get back to it in two clicks. Would that work for your use case? Let me know if you'd like a hand setting those up. Cheers, Connor.
- Public reply · Deepa Chauhan 30 Oct 2025 12:08That's a good idea, we'll give the dashboards a try. Actually, I had a thought: if you did build that into search, would it live in the account view or somewhere else? How long would you need to build that? Thanks, Deepa.
- Public reply · Connor Webb 30 Oct 2025 15:25Glad the dashboard workaround is useful. Great question, we've actually just added it to the product roadmap for next quarter, so it's something we'll be looking at. I can't commit to a date yet, but it's on the list and the team thinks it's a solid improvement for power users. I'll keep you posted as it moves forward. Cheers, Connor.
