Current to 13 Oct 26Deepa sets up role-based filters to let regional managers see only their own accounts on the dashboard, improving adoption across North, South, East and West teams.
Problem: Key-account managers across four regions need personalized views of their own accounts without creating separate dashboards for each person.
Handling: Bethan diagnosed the requirement and provided a clear solution: create a role for each region and apply filters automatically in the dashboard settings. Deepa confirmed this would work.
Watch: Successful adoption setup across multiple regions shows deepening use of the platform.

I've looked through the settings but can't find the option. Is this something we can configure, or do we need to create separate views for each manager? Thanks, Deepa

That's definitely something we can do. A couple of questions: are all the key-account managers in the same team, or spread across different regions? And would they all need to see the same set of accounts, or does each manager have their own book of business? Thanks, Bethan

Each manager has their own book of business, so they need to see their own accounts and nothing else. They're all in the system already. Is there a quick way to set this up without creating separate dashboards for each person? Thanks, Deepa
- public_reply · Bethan Lister 25 Sep 2025 10:46Perfect, Deepa, that makes sense. You can set this up using role-based filters. I'd recommend creating a role for each region (North, South, East, and West) and assigning each manager to their region. Then, in the dashboard settings, you can apply a filter that shows accounts matching that manager's region. It's a few clicks to set up and then it's automatic. Would you like me to walk you through it, or would you prefer to give it a go and come back to me if you get stuck? Thanks, Bethan
