Problem: Brandon Russell's team experienced query latency and slow dashboard loading. Handling: Bethan Lister identified a platform compute spike in Snowflake caused by refresh cycle collision, reproduced the issue, and cleared it. Issue was escalated to Ewan Pryce as Head of Platform. First response was 17 minutes.
