Thomas Janssens reported that search for client names returned no results despite data existing in source systems. Thomas self-diagnosed that the CRM connector was configured to the wrong table and resolved it.

Problem: Thomas Janssens could not find policy files for a client using search, though he knew the data existed.

Handling: Bethan Lister asked Thomas to provide specific search terms and what he saw. Thomas discovered the CRM connector was pointing to the wrong table and fixed it himself.

Watch: Configuration errors can hide data. Maelbeek should document connector table selection and validate configuration during onboarding.

We're trying to find policy files for a specific client but the search doesn't pick them up. The data is in the source systems. Is there a different search method, or is something broken?

Hi Thomas, just to confirm, the search returns nothing for client names you know exist? Can you try a specific search and tell me exactly what you see? Thanks, Bethan

We found it, our CRM connector was set to the wrong table. Fixed now. Sorry for the confusion.

Data as of Fri 9 Oct 2026. Text marked AI was written by the brain from the records listed in its made-from link; an AI output that cannot cite its evidence is refused and the previous text kept. Where two systems disagree (for example a contract and the CRM), the key facts show both values and mark the difference.
