Problem: Johan reported the Daily E-commerce Performance dashboard's conversion chart stuck on previous day data while other charts updated normally. Handling: Bethan reproduced the issue and identified a query timeout on the conversion metric. The platform team was asked to investigate why that specific metric was slow. First response took 435 minutes. Status pending escalation to platform team.

I manually refreshed but it's not picking up today's figures. Other dashboards seem fine. - public_reply · Johan Berglund 18 Aug 2026 16:39Yes, that's right. The dashboard is called Daily E-commerce Performance. The last time I saw current data was around lunchtime yesterday. Everything else on the dashboard updated normally this morning.

I'm raising this with our platform team to look into why that specific metric is slow. In the meantime, can you try accessing it again? Sometimes a fresh load picks it up. Thanks, Bethan
