Karin Sjöberg initiated dashboard design planning in Sep 2025. Bethan Lister provided decision-framework guidance and retail best-practice guide. Karin was planning to share sample builds for feedback.

Problem: None. Karin wanted to ensure dashboards would serve store managers' actual needs during design phase.

Handling: Bethan provided strategic guidance: start with store managers' daily decisions and the data that improves them. She sent a retail best-practice guide. Karin reviewed it and planned to build samples and share for feedback.

Watch: This shows healthy adoption momentum. Karin is investing time in design rather than rushing to build. Engagement is strong. This is an expansion signal for Growth tier, but first confirm: how many dashboards did they build and are they using them actively now?

Thank you for the offer to help us shape our dashboard approach. We're very interested in making sure we get real value from the system. Let us discuss this properly together so we can plan well.

Following up on our earlier discussion about dashboard strategy, we're moving into the design phase now. I'd like to work with you to ensure we build dashboards that our store managers will actually use. Can you help us think through what customer insight questions the stores will be asking?

That sounds good. Before we dive in, think through these: what decisions do your store managers make every day? What data would help them make better decisions? Start there, and we can build dashboards around those needs. I can help you map that out.

I've also put together a guide on dashboard best practice for retail teams. I'm sending it your way. Should give you ideas for what's possible. Shout if you have questions. Thanks, Bethan

Thank you, this is really helpful. We've reviewed the guide and we're beginning to see how the brain can support our store-level reporting. We'll get back to you once we've built a few dashboards and would like your feedback on them. Let us think about it together with our teams and we should anchor this in our next planning session. Vänliga hälsningar, Karin

Data as of Fri 9 Oct 2026. Text marked AI was written by the brain from the records listed in its made-from link; an AI output that cannot cite its evidence is refused and the previous text kept. Where two systems disagree (for example a contract and the CRM), the key facts show both values and mark the difference.
