- created · Shona Barraclough 7 May 2026 17:48Hi, I'm trying to find all incidents recorded at a specific home, but I'm not sure how to filter by location in the search. We've got about 40 homes to manage, and I need a way to isolate records for each one when I'm checking compliance. Is there a built-in filter for this? Cheers.
- public_reply · Bethan Lister 7 May 2026 23:55Hi Shona, just so I've got this right, you're after a way to filter incidents by home location? That's definitely there. Look for the location filter in the left sidebar on the Incidents page. It should let you pick one or more homes. Can you try that and tell me what you see?
- public_reply · Bethan Lister 8 May 2026 09:05How did you get on with the filter? Let me know if it's not showing up or if you need any other help. Thanks, Bethan.
