Problem: Becky Lawton's account managers need to filter and group client data by region for reviews and dashboards. Regional data is in booking system as tags. Needed by end of week for customer demo.
Handling: Support confirmed search can filter by any field and dashboard builder can group by any field. Region tags will appear as filter options after next refresh. Customer successful with feature once data available.
Watch: No risk identified. Feature demonstration should drive adoption.

We have regional data in our booking system, each booking is tagged with a region. Can the brain do this? They'd love to be able to search by region or break down a dashboard by client and region together. The search does let you filter by any field from your connected systems, and the dashboard builder can group by any field too. Can you tell me which system holds your regional data, is that coming from your CRM or from the booking system? Thanks, Bethan
- public_reply · Becky Lawton 20 Jan 2025 11:24It's in the booking system. Each booking gets a region tag. We'd like to search by region and also build a dashboard that shows revenue broken down by client and region.

Once the region tags come through from your booking connector, you'll see them as filter options in the search, and you can group by them in the dashboard builder too.
