What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Helen Varley reported some order records appearing twice in the brain. She flagged it proactively as a data quality issue affecting analytical accuracy. Bethan Lister committed to investigating the root cause.
Problem: Helen Varley spotted duplicate order records and flagged them proactively, noting the issue affected reporting accuracy. She was clearly engaged with the product and wanting to keep data clean.
Handling: Bethan Lister acknowledged this as exactly what they want to catch and committed to investigating whether duplicates originated in the source system or from the connector indexing the same record twice. The ticket was solved by 12 Dec 2025, 21 days after creation.
Watch: A decision-maker actively monitoring data quality is a positive signal. Track whether duplicates recur and whether they correlate with a pattern.

It's nothing major, just wanted to flag it so we can get it cleaned up and keep our analysis on track. Any quick thoughts?

Duplicates usually come from one of two places: either the source system has duplicate records (worth checking), or the connector has indexed it twice. I'll dig into this for you: I'll take a look at a couple of those records and get to the bottom of it. Shouldn't be a problem to sort out. Thanks, Bethan
