Current to 11 Oct 26Sunita Bains reported a new key-account manager could not log in despite being added to the correct Salesforce user group. Bethan Lister diagnosed a likely sync gap between Salesforce and the brain's provisioning system and began investigating.
Problem: New user onboarding failed due to a sync mismatch between Salesforce user groups and the brain's provisioning system. Handling: Bethan correctly identified the probable cause and asked for the user's email to check provisioning logs and resync if needed. Watch: This indicates potential friction in onboarding new team members, which could slow adoption and time-to-value.

- created · Sunita Bains 11 Dec 2024 15:44A new key-account manager joined us last week and still cannot access the brain. I added them to the Growth user group in Salesforce like the others, and their email and name look correct in the system. They're getting a not authorised error when they try to log in. Can you help?
- public_reply · Bethan Lister 11 Dec 2024 21:23Hi Sunita, Can you send me their email address? I'll check the provisioning logs to see if they've been created in the brain. If they're in Salesforce but not the brain, the sync may be out of step and I can resync it. Thanks, Bethan
