Ed Duckworth asked how to filter query results; he had checked help docs but could not find the feature. Bethan Lister directed him to a dropdown menu at top right of the results page and the issue was resolved.

Problem: Customer could not locate the filter functionality despite checking documentation. Handling: Bethan provided clear step-by-step guidance to find the filter dropdown menu in the results interface. Customer confirmed it worked. Watch: This is a UX discovery issue; the filter location was not intuitive enough to be found by the customer or documentation.

Hi. I'm trying to filter the results when I run a query about client activity, but I can't find the filter option. I've looked at the help docs and they didn't clarify it. What am I missing?

Hi Ed, thanks for reaching out. Can you try this, when your query returns results, look for the dropdown menu at the top right of the results. You should see a Filter option there. Can you try that and tell me what you see?

Got it, that worked. I see it now. That's much easier than I thought. Cheers.

Data as of Fri 9 Oct 2026. Text marked AI was written by the brain from the records listed in its made-from link; an AI output that cannot cite its evidence is refused and the previous text kept. Where two systems disagree (for example a contract and the CRM), the key facts show both values and mark the difference.
