Customer service manager requested export functionality to avoid manually copying search results to spreadsheet for weekly commercial reviews. Bethan probed the use case to scope the feature.

Problem: Kelly is manually exporting search results to spreadsheet weekly because the brain lacks export functionality. Handling: Bethan took a smart approach - confirmed the use case, asked about frequency and format preferences, and clarified scope. Watch: This reveals healthy usage identifying complaint patterns, but also a usability gap. Kelly is showing value realization but hitting a product limitation. This is a feature request opportunity, but an interim solution using dashboards with export could unlock more value without waiting for a roadmap item.

Hi, we've been using the brain really effectively to pull together service inquiry summaries for the retailer complaints we receive. It's helping us spot patterns we were missing before. My question is whether there's a way to export those results. At the moment I'm copying everything by hand into a spreadsheet for the commercial team's weekly review, and it's taking a fair amount of time each week. If we could export the data directly from the brain instead, it would save us loads of time. Is that something you could add? Thanks, Kelly

Thanks, Kelly. Just so I've got this right, you're looking for a way to export the results from a search in the service view without manual copying, is that right? That's definitely something we could build. Before I escalate it though, a couple of quick questions: how often do you need to do this export, and what format would work best for you, CSV, Excel, PDF? Also, does the commercial team need the complete raw data or would a summary be enough? Understanding the use case will help us design it properly. Thanks, Bethan
