Current to 10 Oct 26Dashboard pages, particularly deal detail views, took 30+ seconds to load. A backend query latency spike was detected and resolved, but issue re-occurred during daily retail calls.
Problem: Liam Doherty reported dashboard sluggishness with deal view pages taking half a minute or more. These numbers are used in daily retail calls. Handling: Support identified a backend query latency spike around 10:45 that resolved by 11:00. Bethan escalated to platform team (Ewan Pryce) for investigation of query logs and backend performance. Watch: Performance issue directly impacts revenue-facing work on retail calls. The spike suggests a query optimization issue or backend resource contention. First response time was slow at 385 minutes.

- created · Liam Doherty 4 Apr 2025 16:44Right, so the dashboards have been a bit sluggish the last few days. When the account managers are looking at deal details, the pages are taking way too long to load – sometimes half a minute or more. We need this sorted, because the team's using these numbers in daily retail calls. Can we see what's going on? Cheers, Liam
- public_reply · Bethan Lister 4 Apr 2025 23:09Thanks, Liam. Just so I've got this right – the account managers are seeing slow loading on the deal view pages in the dashboards. I've picked this up with our platform team and they're looking into the backend to see what's causing it. I'll keep you posted with an update as soon as I have more information. Cheers, Bethan
