Insight
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Ruben Dekker is the data engineer and platform admin at Veenendrecht Payments. He owns the Snowflake access and connectors, raises most tickets, and asks 17% of the organisation's questions over the last 90 days.
Role: Data engineer in Utrecht and the platform admin since 2026-02-05. He owns the Snowflake role request, connector credentials and user invitations, and is the technical contact on onboarding and most tickets.
Influence: He shapes how the brain is connected and who sees what, but the signer is Pieter de Groot and the day-to-day champion is Eline Bakker. He asked 1042 of 5428 questions over the last 12 months, 19%, so he is a heavy user as well as an admin.
Watch: The payment connector ticket of 8 Oct 2026 awaits new credentials from him, so transaction data is stale until he supplies them. He also asked about add-on users on 31 Jul 2026.
