Customer on Growth tier tried to add Xero connector but configuration interface froze. Growth tier includes 8 connectors, so the capability is available.

Problem: Ruben Dekker couldn't find the option to add more connectors and asked if an upgrade was needed. Growth tier includes 8 connectors, so he should have access.

Handling: Kate Ormerod confirmed Growth supports 8 connectors and offered to walk through setup. When Ruben attempted Xero configuration, the interface became unresponsive.

Watch: The customer is trying to use an included feature but hit a UI bug. Ticket marked solved but content does not show the fix.

I'm trying to set up an additional connector but I'm not seeing the option to add one in the admin panel. Do I need to upgrade the tier first to unlock more connectors, or am I missing something obvious? We're on Growth tier. Thanks

Hi Ruben, thanks for getting in touch. Growth tier includes support for 8 connectors, so you should definitely be able to add more. Can you tell me which connector you're looking to add? I can walk you through the setup process. Thanks, Kate

Thanks Kate. I'm trying to add a Xero connector. I found it in the list fine, but when I click configure, the interface just keeps spinning and never loads. Is there a known issue with that connector or something I need to do first? Thanks

How to use the site

Summary is the landing page: what happened this week, the calls just held and the calls coming up, the risks and the renewals due.
Organisations lists every customer. Open one to see its key facts, the AI assessment and next step, platform usage, the ARR journey, deals, documents, contacts and activity, and the lineage of every block.
Conversations, Commercial, People, News and Documents cut the same data by topic. System explains how the brain is built and where each figure comes from.
Every card ends with a small made from link: it opens the lineage explorer focused on that card, so you can walk from the figure down to the raw rows it came from.
Use the sun and moon button at the top right to choose dark or light. Choose your device's own mode again to go back to following the device.

How to ask

Press Ask Brain in the header. Type a question, or pick one of the examples.

Search the brain finds the organisations, people, calls, emails, tickets, documents and news that match your words, with links to their pages.
Ask Claude copies your question and opens the B-Brain Claude Project, where Claude answers from the same data using the B-Brain tools and cites the pages it used.

The site itself does not call an AI model; answers in Claude come from the same figures you see here.
