Document roll-up
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Three documents, all read, and none executed. Two Growth tier proposals from Jordan Pike at £50k a year plus a £12k implementation, and a final security questionnaire. The evidence does not show that an order form was signed.
Executed: no document is stored as executed, so there are no contracted price, term, billing or service levels. The evidence does not show whether an order form was issued or signed.
Open items:
- The proposal dated 3 Jul 2026, stored as final, offers a 12-month Growth tier subscription at £50k a year plus a one-off £12k implementation, annual upfront billing.
- The draft Proposal v1 dated 30 Jun 2026 carries the same price, term and scope and is superseded by the 3 Jul 2026 proposal.
- Both proposals list security review and order form signature as next steps, and neither shows that they happened.
Contradictions: no conflict on price, term or scope appears between the two proposals or the questionnaire. Both proposals describe a four-week implementation, against the standard eight weeks for Growth in the price book, which is an open delivery question rather than a conflict between documents.
Commitments: there are no live commitments, because nothing is executed. The security questionnaire of 3 Jun 2026 states 99.5% uptime for Growth, first response to critical issues within one business hour and nightly refresh by 07:00 customer local time on business days, but it is a controls description, not a contract.
Gaps: the proposals state no availability, response times, service credits, payment days or connector go-live dates. The proposed implementation start has passed as of 9 Oct 2026. The documents do not name a signatory or confirm that Jordan Pike still owns the account.
